This is one of our favorite places here in Japan.
The whole Village of Okawachiyama is over 400 years old… The brick and cobblestone streets are lined with Porcelain and Pottery shops and Kilns, but back behind the tiny roads, you find the treasures of streams and bridges under a canopy of incredible Evergreen Trees. We cant wait to come back early Spring to see the Sakura in Blossom!
I won’t go on and on about this area, since this is my 2nd post in the past year of this remarkable place… Locals, please give it a visit! Its just so charming…
